MESA 5125 with Probotix Controller

I have just installed a MESA 5125 to solve latency problems. Except these errors it was configured okay for Probotix on the parallel port. With the new card nothing happens or works. Does anyone have this combo and can send me their config files to look at? I don't know what I am doing with this stuff and don't have weeks to learn.

I tried the new hal file, does not run.

I do hear the controller come to life when I switch on and the steppers have power. When I was running without the 5125 the estop switch worked even if the controller was off, but not now, it gives no indication that it works. And so there are no misunderstandings I am using the Unity controller from Probotix. I emailed them and Len said that as long as the pin setup matches it should run okay.

Sorry just making the water muddy talking about two config files at the same time.

Running the MessaProb config I mow get the message,

Also when the config runs it has an old name displayed, I guess this is something left over in the config file that JT moded.
