Run from line option changed

Hello y'all. I want to thank all of you that work on this and have made so many improvements. I updated my control A while back and just recently used the run from line command for the first time since the update. Now when you chose run from line the control goes thru all the tools in your program before running from the line you chose. Quite a lot of time goes by watching my machine change several tools before doing anything. I'm not sure if it was someone intention but I find this very annoying and a waist of time. Please consider changing this back.
