rotate in plane? was created by arhi
want to drill the pcb, pcb is not "ideally" square, I have 2 (or 4 or 10..) fiduciaries ... on some prop. machine I used to use I'd navigate with camera to fed1, then I navigate to diagonal fed2 and machine would rotate (and actually also rescale) the job. Now I don't want linuxcnc to rescale it but any way it can auto correct for the rotation in the XY plane?

Yes, this can be done.
LinuxCNC has an option to rotate the XY axes around Z:
linuxcnc.org/docs/2.7/html/gcode/g-code.html#gcode:g10-l2
You can use this in conjunction with a probing routine or spindle camera.
Have a look at
