Ok I understand. thank you.
last question what mode should I use?

I need some clarification..
- The input voltage to Mesa THCAD-10 should be less than 10V, am I right??
- The input to be taken across torch clamps?? I am going to use the attached machine.
- In that case, what is the voltage expected there (I do not have any experience till date)??
- And how to calculate the resistor both ohm and wattage??

Esab/Thermal Dynamics should be able to supply an automation Interface.
ref: www.ebay.com.au/itm/141477404121
set it to 30:1 divider. Set Linuxcnc/mesa up for a 300v full scale, Then you won't need any scaling resistors.
Note Esab now owns Thermal Dynamics the original manufacturer of your machine.

Dear PCW,
I understand your point and I will ask ESAB for sure.
But can you please answer for THCAD-10 ( I have already in stock, and THCAD 300 is not with me) and if ESAB fail to provide.
