USB Drive will not eject was created by OttoDidact
Hi,
ANy USB drive I load a file from in LinuxCNC will not eject, even if I load a file from elsewhere. It seems like Axis is not closing the files properly. I'm using the Debian image, but it has been consistent of all versions I've used including the UBuntu ones.
My only solution is to shut down LinuxCNC when I run out of drives/ports.
Anyone else having this issue or have an idea about how to deal with it?
Thanks

Greetings,
I plug my USB Stick into the port of my CNC and copy the file I need into the home directory where the nc files are stored.
If I open the program directly from the USB, I get the same issues as you describe.
Cheers,
Dave
