Hi,

I have noticed that when I try to edit a file after loading it, that I cannot do it as I used to.

I upgraded to wheezy, and running on 2.7.5, and I used to go to tab-file, then edit. Then my program would open, I could edit it, and reload.

Now I have to find the file in nc-files directory, to edit.

Thanks.

In your config file you select the editor you wish to use. You can change it to mousepad which is probably installed or install gedit.

If you want to use gedit from a termianl try...
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gedit

To use mousepad edit your ini file from
EDITOR                  = gedit
to
EDITOR                  = mousepad

If your using Debian and miss the Gedit editor it is simple to get it back. Open a terminal and do the following.
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y gedit
sudo apt-get install -y gedit-plugins
