Step and Direction Voltage problem was created by bodhi_94
In my system I used DB25-1205 parallel breakout board as my output board. The manual of servo driver said that connect Pulse - and Dir- pins on the servo driver connect to the breakout board and make Pulse+ and Dir+ to 5v.
I want to know what happen if I Ground Pul- , Dir- pins and connect Pulse+ and Dir+ to the breakout board. It is working or Its might burn the breakout board?
Thank you

Normally, if everything is wired properly, that should work. That depends on the BOB, but most of them will work.

Its common to tie the + inputs on step drives to 5V since parallel port outputs sink current better
than they source current, but It looks like your breakout only sources current via its OPTOs so has to be wired
with the step drives - pins grounded.
You will not damage your breakout with either wiring but it sure looks like you must ground the drives - pins
for them to work with the DB25-1205 breakout
