could you elaborate on your "time difference in respond of the tho joint commands"?

when homing in joint mode, i see one the DRO one of the motors running ahead in time (about 0,5 sec) on the other motor,
So the machine has to wait on one of the motors before he switched to world mode,
Also when routing a circle, you can see the circle is not round at the point it changes direction of the X axis (ganrty axe)
have no backlash on the motors

is there a difference in commanded position or just feedback position? (the DRO can read either)

if the difference is just in feedback position, this is possibly a tuning issue

Can you post your HAL/INI files here

I expect it to be the feedback position

I noticed home latch velocity is different between the two slaved axis
so i would check you INI file carefully for other differences
(maybe copy/paste duplicate both slaved axis ini file sections from one source so you are sure they are identical)
