No, it should be a .glade file, but it needs to be added to a LinuxCNC config, as described in the link I gave you.

I did as it said in the link made a directory in linuxcnc config and saved it ,but i cant see it when i try to find it using config picker..

Does your new directory contain the files from the link in the tutorial?

Download the folder, save it into your config folder.
(yes, folder / directory, same thing)

On page 2 of the tutorial (section 6). I assume you have got that far, because the first page doesn't mention making a directory.
