Explanation of the DRO tab? was created by AlbertHall
Is there something that explains all the numbers and letters shown on the DRO tab?
Mr Google has let me down on this one and I can't find anything in the axis documentation either.

Go to View menu, click on Show Offsets. That removes a lot of those numbers that are use for seting offsets on the machine, but for starters you can do without quite happily.
The numbers left on the screen are the values in mm or inch and the velocity.
You can turn them back on at any time, if you need them.

The DRO tab in Axis show all the offsets as well as the current position. The G54 is the current coordinate system, do a G55 in the MDI tab and you can see it change. The TLO is the Tool Length Offset. The G92 shows any G92 offsets, see the manual on G92. The DTG is Distance To Go on the current move.

Thanks.
I solved my problem by finding how to cancel all the offsets and my code just uses G92.
All works well now.
