I have 7i84 connected to 7i74 with external 5V power. all the lights look ok
Shows up in HAL configuration but all the inputs are true, and wont change if I trigger the inputs. All the NOTs show flase with no inputs.
Using external 12VDC power supply different from the 7i70's 7i71 and 7i77. they are using 24vdc.
Is this board blown?

No field power on the first 16 ins.
16-32 seem ok.
If I want field power on all inputs, how is this done? It says W1 in left is for TB2. How do I get power on TB2 and TB3?
If I put W1 in right position, no field power at all TB2 and TB3.

You must supply field power to TB1 pins 1,2,3,4
The 7I84 has split field power to allow 2 different voltage ranges
so all field power pins must be connected
