Going back through pncconfig dumped my tool table! was created by turbo
I'm hoping someone here will tell me that it is not lost. I set up my tool table in gmoccapy. I saved my ini file edits in a text file and edited my config with pncconfig. When I opened linuxcnc again I had all zeros in my tool table.

look in your config to see if there is a file with the tooltable name with a ~ at the end of it.
If so open it - it may have the data. if so rename it to the tooltable name (and I'd copy it too).
If none of that is true. you are out of luck.
If you have done extensive custom edits after using pncconf then either don't use it again or when you load pncconf, change the name of the config so it writes a new one, then transfer over your edits from the old one.
