Hi,
Does somebody know why or have some ideas why my servo is squeaking when i jog it to one side?

Is it attached to a machine?
If not, brushes will do that sound.
Otherwise check and lubricate the machine.
If it is a brushless motor, check moving it slowly by hand and feel for vibrations or change in force required to move the motor. That would be bearings.

A few more possible squeak sources.
I've seen (heard) an improperly assembled encoder make a squeaking sound, as it slowly destroys it's self.
On the machine, I've heard squeaks and squeals from servo shaft couplers when they slip a tiny amount.
It could also be an audible vibration from a poorly tuned servo.

Yes, it's attached to a lathe.
Can the noise come frome to fast working servo?
and is it normal that my servo after some time getting warm?

If it is getting warm with no load (not doing anything). Then you probably have a tuning issue. But it would be normal to get warm working.
A servo is just an electric motor, it should not make much noise regardless of it's speed.

It's getting warm, but thats after some movements have been done.
And yes, i find it rather strange that it makes that noise.
When the speed is low there is no noise, when the speed and acceleration rise, the squeaking noise come's back.

Is the noise a short chirp, at the start or end of a move? Or is it more constant through out the move?
What does the encoder error look like when the squeal is happening? Is it smooth or very noisy?
Don't rule out other possible mechanical sources for noise, a slipping shaft coupler, poor lubrication, some stray piece of metal scraping (way cover).
