They should work together now if they worked before, so it might be that the spindle needs to be ramped up slowly.
Do you have the ability to run the spindle slowly? ie, is LinuxCNC in control of spindle speed?

I have found the right connection for the spindle and i can let it turn. But only low speed. When i give al 0.5V signal the RF begins to shut on and of. If i give a 0.4V or below that signal it turns slowly.

This is no longer a LinuxCNC question, and so I am only able to guess what the problem might be, and probably guess less effectively than you.
Maybe the tachometer (or command) is reversed and that causes an error at high speeds?
Is every terminal that was previously connected when it worked still connected to something?

Perhaps the power supply to the board is weak?

Hi,
I have fund some more information about the X2 panel.
So when i try to set a voltage of 0.5V the relay K500 is switched on and of.
K500 is on the bottem left.
when K500 switched on and of the RF light is switched on and off and everything is going in pulses.
Maby somebody that understand this schedule.
Thank for having a look.
