Alright, i think i now i know what the problem is. I need to add those 2 links/lines: deb buildbot.linuxcnc.org/ wheezy master-rt deb-src buildbot.linuxcnc.org/ wheezy master-rt
Iam just wondering if it will work with my processor because there reads "architectures: Wheezy (realtime with RTAI)
architectures: i386
But now amd64 like on the sim package.
Does that mean that it will not work with my cpu or so?

Just found out that i386 will work and just means 32bit version and not that its for intel cpus.
Sounds like i found the problem due to your help PCW. Thanks and later after the fresh install of linuxcnc and 2.8 pre i will post the results.

Where you went wrong was right here:
The repositories for master running the RTAI kernel should be:
3. Updated to 2.8 Pre (how i did it)
- opened Synaptic Packet Manager
- Settings → Repositories → "Other Software" Tab
- unchecked all links related to LinuxCNC
- added this 2 lines:
deb buildbot.linuxcnc.org/ wheezy master-sim
deb-src buildbot.linuxcnc.org/ wheezy master-sim
- closed the window and reload updates
- updated
The repositories for master running the RTAI kernel should be:
deb http://buildbot.linuxcnc.org/ wheezy master-rt
deb-src http://buildbot.linuxcnc.org/ wheezy master-rt

Hello!
Yes Todd, that are the right one, because just 2 mins ago i got everything done and it works perfectly, so no Latency isssues anymore. Still, thanks for that!
Just one quick question to make sure that really everything is fine:
I tested the LinuxCNC sim config and everything works good, but then i started Stepconf Wizard and clicked forward all the time, because i have no cnc hardware (no Parallel card, etc.) attached.
When iam done and click on "my-mill" then i get many errors. (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED)
I think that is, because i have no hardware attached, right ?
Its maybe an stupid questions but i just want to make sure that this is an normal behavior if no cnc hardware is attached.
If so, then i can start to deinstall again everything, install windows, then Linux, and then my PC is ready for the CNC hardware which should arrive next week
.
Thanks in advance.

If the computer has no LPT port, then a message like that would be expected.
