Can't go negative X

Hi,
We aren't the sharpest pencils with any of this, but have an issue.
We have a simple 1 axis procedure which worked before but not now.

I've isolated 1 fact. I can't move to a negative X position. I've expanded all the limits I can find regarding this movement but nothing seems to work.

Just now I made all the movements positive to quick fix but everything I've tried does not work. There's only 1 ini I can find, 5axis.ini but I've expanded all those limits and no fix

Is it possible that some toggle somewhere won't let me go negative X?

Could you post your ini file for us to look at to see if we can see what is limiting your travel.
