Losing z home

Losing z home was created by lee_coughanour

Photo 1 is homed. Photo 2 is touched off. Photo 3 never made it to z0 for tool change. Any Ideas?

Looks like you have a Z offset in the G54 coordinate system. You can clear it from the menu.
