How can I set diameter mode by default

Hi guys,

Each time I start the machine an put a stock in the chuck, I need to set the work offsets and when I need to set the X coordinate, I always remember I forgot to run a G7 command to put in in diameter mode. Is there any way to default it to diameter mode for lathes?

I think you could put it in the ini file add it to the start up code
This is just a sample:
