mesa 7i47s step and direction pulses was created by mpvriens

When inverting timing on the mesa 7i47s, we get a step/ dir puls that is not recognized by the driver .
How to invert timing and get a normal puls signal.

What do you mean by "inverting timing" ?

The 7I47 has differential outputs so if the output is not the correct polarity you chose the opposite polarity
( - instead of + or vice versa ) output, or swap + and - outputs if you are using differential signalling.
You can also change the polarity in the hal file but this is usually not necessary
Note the by far the most common reason we have seen for step/dir outputs to not work with drives
is too short timings.
( People commonly select the drives _minimum_ step length as the step generators step length which is of course on the edge of not working at all )
