Try changing

loadrt sim_parport names=parport.0

Read about sim_parport here
to

loadrt hal_parport cfg="0x378"
if your Parallel port is at 0x378

Yes you have loaded a sim version with stepconf So if you have not changed any files, run stepconf again with your config and un-check the box " Create Simulated Hardware" on the first page " then you will see the PP option

Thanks to all who gave advice and helped me!
My mistake was that in the initial steppe window I put a teak on "Create Simulated Hardware", just like # Clive s said.
I made the change and now LinuxCNC started managing my CNC.
Thanks again for the help, I am very happy :)
