Squished Preview

Hello

I am using Gmoccapy 2.3.3.3 running in the external offsets branch. I am having an apparent problem with the preview screen, please see attached screen shoot. Two things appear to be happening. The first is aspect ratio of the display is off, the tool paths appear shortened in the X direct or stretched in the Y direction. The second is some indication (pierce locations?) is actual displayed in the "correct" location while the tool paths are offset. The file does cut correctly. So my questions:

Does this preview look correct?
How do I fix the aspect ratio of the preview screen?
What might be causing the display offset of the tool paths?
How do I get the displayed size of the tool tip to match the display scale? The tool tip is about 4" (100mm) across in the screen shot.
