LinuxCNC do not follow the gcode path was created by Pfaff
Hello,
there is a problem I get in LinuxCNC - there are some radiused path (red path) without following the gcode trace (white path).
I defined a laser tool with a diameter of 0.25mm - but I changed this from 0mm to 3mm without any changes. I would be glad if anyone can give me some advices how to force LinuxCNC to follw the gcode path exactly.
Thanks!
Best regards
Tobi

What are your G64 settings?
The default is G64 with no P, which is maximum blending.
Set G64 P0.005, or something similar which limits the blending (corner rounding) to the tolerance specified by P.
