i face strange issue
when i enable my c axis it shows pid error between 1 to 9 any value and it is different every time when i enable
i ahhached image for c pid when enabled and when not enabled
now issue is i can see this pid error value all time but same time command and feedback is ok it is almost similar
so why it shows pid error
can anyone help me for this
i also fave strange issue this pid error
i use total 9 axis setup
pid error some time shows in c,v,u axis
some time it show only on B axis and some time C axis
now this behaviour i am not able to understand
i am sure i make some mistake but what that i want to know
i am working on this machine since 2 year but during this time this machine runaway two times why that i don’t know
but when i try to see hal configuration i found f.error is there in any of 9 axis
please guide me if possible

A PID error is expected anytime the PID is enabled,
what is important is the size of the error
( the error you show is only .0000206)

But error show more then 2,0 to 9
even if no difference between command and feedback

What kind of kinematics do you have?
Following errors are often associated with math problems in the kinematics

I think you might be mis-reading the number.
2.062E-5 = 0.00002062
9.9999E-10 = 0.000000000999999
So if the error is very small it will _always_ begin with a number between 1 and 9.
