./.MachineCNC.hal:335: parameter or pin 'hm2_7i92.0.7i76.0.0.spinout-minlim' not found

Means there is a communication problem with your 7I76 card

It could be:

1. Power related (no 5V or no field power on 7I76 card
(check for 2 yellow LEDs on 7I76 card)
2. Connection related (loose cable between 7I92 and 7I76?)
3. Some other hardware issue with 7I92, 7I76, or cable

If I will comment problem setp .... string, it will solve my problem?

Commenting out the offending line wont help because none of the expansion I/O is available, these lines should be sserial TX and RX lines but the probe found no hardware:

hm2/hm2_7i92.0: IO Pin 010 (P2-07): IOPort
hm2/hm2_7i92.0: IO Pin 011 (P2-08): IOPort

This is what you would expect with a power issue, cable issue or failed hardware (7I92, 7I76, or cable)

On the 7i76 I have to broken microchips. It seen from the photo clearly. It seems that I have overvoltage impulse in my control part.
This chips seems to be optocouplers. I would like to repair them. Could anybody tell me what names of this chips? There is broken names on mine.

Those are (or were) 74ACT540 and 74ACT541 buffers
They can be destroyed by excessive output voltage ( connecting the step/dir pins to 24V for example) or too high 5V supply (say >6V)

We have replaced that board with new, and also 7i92 board was broken also.

It possibly was high voltage from the servodrive. We has problem with it. It has inner short circuit from water condesate.
