Hello!
I am New here. I have a Problem. I want to carve my peace wood with a 3.2mm bit. And it shows Every time the misstake"arc move in concave corner cannot be reached by tool without gouing".

And i have no idea. It says that there is a misstake by line 20.
Can somebody help me?
I uploade the g code later.

I haven’t had a lot of success using G41/G42 cutter comp, I always get gouging alarms like you. I believe the solution is to make the lead in longer and radius’s larger, or use a smaller tool.

I’ve only had success using cutter comp with simple programs I write by hand, I haven’t been able to find the right settings in CAM to get good code.

Is the tool bit diameter set to the correct value in the tool table?
(The number in the table should be diameter not radius, but the only likely error there is with a lathe config, in the other direction)

Unless you plan on tweaking the diameter during production it might make most sense to do the cutter compensation in the CAM package rather than in the controller. The CAM package knows a _lot_ more about what you want to make than the controller can guess from the G-code.
