TB6600 Spindle control trough Linux cnc clock wise start (F9) was created by rodgarser
I Have a TB6600 driver and I can control all 3 axis perfectly, but I can not start the spindle manually with "F9" shortcut.
I have tried to change the variable frequency driver wire to "spindle on"on the driver board connection, but the spindle starts when I push the virtual "on" button, but this is not correct, the spindle has to start just when I push the "F9" shortcut cw spindle button.

your .hal file will tell the story, but it sounds like you connected the vfd input to halui.machine.is−on instead of motion.spindle-on ?

My guess would be that it is connected to an ...amp-enable pin.
