If i generate a PWM on the 5i23, is it still possible to create a 0-10V signal?
I tought the 5i23 only can get 5V on it's pins.

It can be done if the VFD has +10 and 0V terminals for a potentiometer:

Or you can configure the VFD so that 5V is the max required speed.
