startup program

hey cmorley, could you give me an wee walkthrough of how you did devils pie? i have it installed on lucid, but I can't seem to get it to start.... i'm attempting to have it open emc as full screen on startup. I get a daemon error when i try the maximize thing with EMC as the target....

yeah, its the axis shortcut, it lets you choose from a list of open programs, so I think the target is correct. i wonder if it might be a different problem.

i have mild success, turns out that gdevils pie does not (sometimes) inherantly install devils pie. so after a little sudo apt getting i think i have it fixed. i'll mark it as solved once i test it on the machine.
