Hello,
I'm beginner in LinuxCNC and have a problem with video on kernel "rtai-modules-3.4-9-rtai-686-pae" running on Advantech PCM-3365 single board computer:

Intel® Atom™ E3825/E3845 & Celeron® N2930, DDR3L-1066/1333MHz SODIMM up to 8GB
DirectX11, OpenGL3.2, OpenCL1.1, 3 independent display: VGA+LVDS/HDMI+LVDS/DVI+LVDS/VGA+LVDS
Support PC/104-Plus expansion
Rich I/O: 1 GbE, 3 COM, SATA, 6 USB2.0, SMBus/I2C, GPIO, full-size Mini PCIe/full-size mSATA
Supports SUSIAccess and Embedded Software APIs

I'm not able to detect monitor, change resolution and rotate screen. It seems that I loaded wrong driver. Any idea?

How is the monitor connected? It could be as simple as a monitor not doing plug-and-play properly.

One solution might be to force a resolution the old-fashioned way using Xorg.conf

Google is your friend, but there are some ideas here:

Like some folk in that thread, I always feel I should try xrandr but end up falling back to creating an xorg.conf file.
