hello

i ' have place my new mesa 5i25 7i76 , i put a relay ssr 40 , but i'am a problem , when i branch it , the voltage drops to 2.2 v , i have 28v in input to mesa , can you help me?

The realy seams to pull more AMPS then 100mA
USE a 5KOhm resistor to check it
and run a FREE Diode abouve it 1N4148 or 1N7001

BEST IS TO USE Arduino based Relay Blocks
or as i do FTRCY Relays Industrial
or Finder 40.52 ....

Looks to me like you have the SSR connected to a 7I76 input and not an output


Also for a 7I76 (sourcing outputs), SSR wiring would be

7I76 output --> SSR+ SSR- --> GND

For a 7I76D (sinking outputs) SSR wiring would be

+28V --> SSR+ SSR- --> 7I76D output
