It was a soft limits problem, the bold values are what I'm using now, the other ones are what I was using.
MIN_LIMIT = -360 ; -365.0
MAX_LIMIT = 0.001 ; -5.0
HOME_OFFSET = 5 ; 0.000000

After homing try insert tool 1, then M6 T1 G43 then touch off tool 1 to top of part.
