Machine not working was created by phoenix
I am trying to run cnc plasma using Linux cnc i updated it also upgraded but whenever i try machine is not working but it shows signlas coming out of parport
Also do i need to set parport ADRESS other than 0 when i m using onboard parport.

the parport adress is 0x378
You may not have connected enable to your drivers
Can you give us more infos about Drivers M542 ... Servo Hybrid Stepper
and the Breakout board
like this install here

I'm using nema 23 stepper with ysspd 32-2 silent microstep driver
I checked output signals at parellal port using hal its shows everything is all right but machine not moving

please check the parport adress first
open Terminal (( tell us here what system are you running Please))
dmesg | grep parpo*
you shoudt see the parport like

I have my parellal port on board and it doesn't show parellal port in lspci - vv
Also tried lspci - vv | grep parport
But no output
When i used hal parport checker and check signals on pin its shows ok but only direction signals are shown steps not shown

I understand that you can see signals at the your drivers.
Do you have the drive controllers enabled?
Do you have a kind og watchdog circuit?
