All 5 axis are calibrated now and working fine.
X - Linear Axis
Y - Rotary Axis
Z - Linear Axis
A - Rotary Axis
B - Rotary Axis

Now next step to run G code.
Any suggestion for to test sample G code ??

Glad you got it working.
For testing, the easiest is to write some gcode using a text editor. Simple G0 or G1 with some values for all the axis would give you a nice visual .
