Now I'm struggling to make parport connections in that config
I tried loading parellal port using loadrt
But its just not loading parport component

You downloaded and installed a dvd or usb install with linux. On your pc are several configuration's.
It has a parport configurator. Fill in the parport configurator as minimal for you. Test output 17 on your board.

If this work's you can add the parport lines step by step in a other configuration. Does not matter wich configuration.
I can add a parport to a mesa hal file, or to a etercat hal file. In linux you can do everything you want. But it takes time to
investegate.

Take your time. In the end. (after a few years) you got ultimate power !!
