Ask him,
He is the plasma cut cnc expert.

He did, in 9 separate threads and we all answered to his questions several times, but he was busy calling us "morons".

Thank you for all of who helped him!

I'm not intended to offend any of u but I'm sick of getting same eror again and again its just say parport. 0.pin-8-out doesn't exists

Or plasmac voltage in needs to connected to float in pin and parport doesnt have float in pin

I am sure that has been answered for you previously more than once.

From the man page for plasmac:
       plasmac.arc-voltage-in
float in arc voltage input [mode 0 & mode 1] see Notes above

The notes referred to:
       NOTES
        - arc-voltage-in is NOT an analog input, it is a floating point number
representing the arc voltage which should be linear. An example would
be the velocity output of an encoder. To set it up at zero volts, use
the actual value of arc-voltage-in as the value for arc-voltage-off‐
set, then apply a known voltage and set arc-voltage scale to known
        voltage / arc-voltage-out.

If you used a pre-calibrated analog float value, would you set scale to 1 and offset to 0?

I think that is how rodw and islander261 have their settings.

Yes, Phill had an early bug so we just decoded the torch voltage outside of plasmac and set scale and offset to 0 like we had always done.
