Ball Screw alignment problem was created by Dinuka_Shehan
I made custom bearing blocks and now have a problem with align with x and z axis.
I want to reduce cosine error.
sfu1605 ballscrew from China.
Cross slide ballscrew 400mm and z axis 650mm.

and where is the problem
if you got spare torque on the steppers do a hard bearing tight fit
this gives stiffness on non dirt mashines

Any misalignment will cause friction and premature wear of the balls and the screw, to much misalignment will bend the screw rendering it useless.
