linix cnc recrofiting was created by kavindu1
I have 3 axis miling machine with 2 analog servo drive and 1 digital servo
x axis - digital servo drive with ac servo(gsk da98b drive) encoder 5v
y axis - analog servo with ac servo (encoder 5v)
z axis - analog servo with ac servo (encoder 5v)
spindle - analog (0-10 v)
im planing recrofit this machine with linux cnc. what are sutabale mesa card for this machine?
and what are the firmware?

Are you sure that the "digital" drive is being controlled with digital commands?
It is a little unusual to have a machine controlled with a mix of analog and digital servo commands. I am pretty sure that digital drive can be used with both digital and analog command signals. It would probably be simplest to use analog commands for all 3 with a Mesa 7i77 card combo rather than trying to set up for both analog and digital.
Is it possible that this machine's original analog X drive died and was replaced by this one? If that is the case it is probably already set up for and using analog commands.

How is the digital drive connected to the controller? does it use a analog +-10V signal, step/dir or something else?

im planing to buy 7I80HD-25 Ethernet Anything I/O card and
7I33TA Quad Analog servo interface card
7i80+7i33
is using thease cards can i do my recrofit

You should give us more info about the machine.
It might also be better to get one of the below for your retrofit:
5i25 + 7i77 / PCI
6i25 + 7i77 / PCI-E
7i92 + 7i77 / Ethernet
With any of them you get :
5 axis controls for +-10V with 5 encoder inputs
1 spindle control for +-10V with encoder input / feedback
32 inputs
16 outputs
separate enable for spindle and an enable for all axis, all with their own connectors.
Smart serial for adding another card, or using 7i73 for pendant/buttons/lcd screen etc
Another DB25 header for any other card you might need later.

there are 2 kit in mesa site 7I77-5I25 PLUG-N-GO KIT and 7I77D-5I25 PLUG-N-GO KIT what are the sutabale kit
in plug n play kit firmware already installed?

If you order a 7I77 plug-and-go kit, the firmware will be pre-installed
(5i25_7i77x2.bit) The firmware is the same for the 7I77 and 7I77D
