It sounds like you wish to drip feed gcode to the Emco controller.
I think the catch in your plan is having linuxcnc drip feed to your control.
Linuxcnc is a machine controller not really a gcode transfer program.

Sounds to me like he wants to build a HMI PC front-end like a lot of Fanuc controls use. Would be simpler and probably work better to just use a regular full Linuxcnc retrofit.
