In the view tab axis gui 2.9
show machine position #
show relative position #
axis alway starts up with the radio button on "show machine position"
How can I change this to start with the show relative position # ?

Ok when I home the machine then jog an axis say 100mm then touch off at that point the DRO does not change to zero but when I then change with the radio button to "show relative position #" the DRO shows Zero.
But the gui is not remembering that state on a new startup.

Thanks I missed that:
POSITION_OFFSET = RELATIVE - The coordinate system (RELATIVE or MACHINE) to show on the DRO when the user interface starts. The RELATIVE coordinate system reflects the G92 and G5x coordinate offsets currently in effect.
I will try it later
