Hello! PCW was right i disable almost everything at bios and now i am getting better results.
its getting more stable with on board intel gpu, gt 710 the worst lots of spikes and with 8400gs its good but i got spike of 100000+ at servo thread when printscreen.
all test are done on linux mint 18 i got better results than debian.
look my images 28000 servo thread is ok? i only get this when open firefox normally stay at 6000-8000ns

Thant well within limits for the 7i76e. I think mine is up around 120000.
But I would encourage you to rune the latency test without the base thread from the command line.
