New deb build but not installed (SOLVED)

Hi,

I just installed linuxmint 18.3 and built the linuxcnc deb and it didnt install it. When I opened it with the package installer and I installed it, it didnt put the Lcnc directory nor the menu items like it should have. Cant start Lcnc. I installed the doc deb and that worked. It put it in the menu etc...

I did it before last year and it worked. I dont know if I am doing anything wrong or what.
the .deb is:
linuxcnc-uspace_2.9.0-pre_amd64.deb

any ideas?

Sorry, it installed it but just didn't update the menu like before.
