7i80-HD + 7i29 + 7i30 + 7i37

I have a setup as follows:
7i80-HD + (7i29 + 2x additional encoders, which I will connect directly to GPIO) + 7i30 + 7i37.

First question: can this combination work? I have a 8 Axis Press brake that I am busy retrofitting.
Configuration as follows:
2 x 200W Servo Motors to 7i29 (Y1 & Y2)
2 x Scale feedback from press lifting / Bending axis (W1 & W2)(I'll have to connect the encoders to this directly.)
2 x 100W servo motors to 7i30 (X1 & X2)
2 x 100W servo motors to 7i30 (Z1 & Z2)
then a 7i37 for I/O.

Is there existing firmware for such a configuration like this? and which file should I use. I tried all of them, but it doesn't seem right.

I am currently looking at the following firmware: 7i80hd_16_sssvst8_8_8.bit
I see there is some sserial ports on connector P3. what would this be for?

The sserial interface is for more I/O expansion (using a 7I44 8 channel RS-422 interface )
But it can be use for your 7I37 if you disable sserial in the hal file (this will prevent the start up code from toggling the I/O bits when probing for sserial devices)

One concern I would have is is the 7I30s 3A peak enough for your 100W motors?

Thanks for the reply Peter, I saw earlier that there was some posts about the 7i44. I wish I had a 7i44 at hand now. All 4 the 100W Servo's are rated at 2A Each. Do I understand it correctly that each channel on the 7i30 can handle 3A?
CURRENT LIMIT
Each 7I30 Hbridge channel has a selectable 1A or 3A current limit. The current limit
is selected with jumper W11 for channel 0, W8 for channel1, W5 for channel 2 and W2 for
channel 3. When the jumper is in the UP position (marked ‘H’ on the card) the current limit
is 3A. When the jumper is in the DOWN position (marked ‘L’ on the card) the current limit
is 1A.
Then the 7i30 should handle 4 x 2A right? Max 8A right? Then I can have a 8A fuse at the power supply right? Should I put a 2A fuse on each channel for added protection?
