Where's the right place to submit patches when we don't have github write permissions? I have added a couple of lines to the RPi HAL driver to add -invert and -not pins and I'd like to pass it back into the codebase..

Basically you need to fork linuxcnc to your own account (using the fork item near the top right on thepage)
In your fork you can add files, and after that you can create a Pull request from your fork to linuxcnc
