Very good to all, I have a 5 axis XYZBC machine, the axes are mounted on the Z, I work with linuxcnc. the problem is that I designed it wrong, the C axis is not centered with the center of the tool, how could I solve this? There are several 5 axis configs included with LinuxCNC and they work in simulator mode without any hardware attached, so you can have a look at those configs and see how it is done there. They also have a nice 3d animation of the machine and what it is doing so you can test changes there immediately.
