Axis motor oscillates when its supposed to be idle

Under the PID tuning tab in my axis tune, the defaults are these weird values. Unfortunately, this tab is greyed out and I don't know how to change them.

I suspect they got changed when you changed the servo period. I think once these are setup,
pncconf will not change them any more unless you delete pncconfs config file
(something.pncconf) Best to just edit them in the ini file if you are done with pncconf
