Linuxcnc on a POS computer was created by C.DALY.147
I have been looking for a computer to run linuxcnc for a CNC router I am building. Since my controller uses a parallel port it makes it more of a challenge. I have found some POS (point of sale) all in one computers on eBay. They have a parallel port for the dot matrix printer. How likely is it that linuxcnc will install and work with the integrated display. Then what is the chance the touch will work? Here is a link to one that is similar. www.ebay.com/itm/124280816056

It might be usable with older versions of Linux, but it uses an Atom processor and they were really weak.
Search for Fujitsu PC, had two of them lately, both with parallel ports on a header, both with i5 processor and very good for CNC use.
Black box with red stripe, can not recall the model.
