Hi .
I have test in real machine and simulation axis the value in .ini file section TraJ
the defaul_linear_acceleration and max_linear_accelleration non fuction.
I use master 2.9-pre0 actual master branch.
For limit or increase the real accelleration is only max_accelleration in section AXIS.X and Joint.x.
I have test change the same value in hal : ini.traj.defaul_accelation and ini.traj.max_accelleration.
It not have effect on real accelleration.
Example impose ini.x.max_accelleration = 1000 and ini.traj.max accelleration = 1 and ini.traj.default_acceleration =1 .
the machine running with acceleration the 1000 , traj section not is respected.
The defaul accelleration is good normally have a more small value for jog operation, but not is resepcted.

Did you try to run some gcode with those settings ?
The TRAJ section is for the trajectory planner so it should have no effect while jogging, as far as i know.

The alway gcode type g0 x100 respect only acceleration declared in file .ini section AXIS.X : max_accelleration and section Joint.0 max accelleration.
what is fuction the section TraJ : max_linear accelleration ?

TRAJ section should be respected when running actual gcode.
