I ordered mine directly from Hardkernel, even allowing for postage and exchange rate it was so much cheaper than going through a local supplier.
Are you using SATA, EMMC or NVME drive ? If NVME what did you go for ?

I'm not up with the terminology but I got the thumbnail sized 64 gb SSD, 4 gb RAM and their USB Wifi.

I ordered some SMC coax cables with a bulkhead connector so I can relocate the antenna to the outside of the enclosure. You can have one when they arrive but don't hold your breath.

Not quite as fast as an SSD.

Yup except somebody wrote 64 on the orange dot!

CNC is not disk intensive (simple sequential reads) so I don't think its an issue and keeping the small footprint is an advantage for an embedded controller in a console

Shown here running windows controlling a press brake with an Asus 15" touch screen monitor from Scorptec.

I'm gunna make something similar with the same hardware.

Yes, particularly now the touch screen works reliably. I always had in mind to do something like this for my plasma cutter but never really knew how to do it. I was forced to learn how to get this machine working..

Eventually the hidden wifi antenna will be mounted on top of the enclosure..

Is there any chance you could put this link back up? I didn't get a chance to download it. Thank you.

That iso has been replaced, the first page has been updated to reflect this.

The previous ISO was incorrectly named, the desktop is XFCE not MATE as in the file name.
The ISO is appropriate for both a std AMD (x86_64) platform and the Odroid H2.
One trick you may like to try, if given a link to a file and the web browser returns the file does not exist, if you cut & paste the link into your web browser's address bar and delete the file name part up to the slash often you can get a directory listing in your web browser.
eg: given a link of
http://cnc.beaglebrainz.net/cdimage/cnc-19.2.0-20200426-mate-uspace-64bit.iso
removing the file name part gives you the link below

Glad to hear you had no problems.
Biggest thanks go to the Mint Team for giving us permission to use their ISOs as base.
