Not while actually machining anything. The only time I have gotten a latency error or note is at startup, but it hasn't effected anything. The stepper drivers I am using are the longs motor ones for Nema23. I did have issues with latency when I was using the parallel port BOB. After checking jitter and such and got that solved. Never had any issues with the 7i76E in that regards. My stepper settings could very well be wrong.

Can you try adding these statements to your hal file to see if it improves
the oscillation issue:
setp hm2_7i96.0.dpll.01.timer-us -100
setp hm2_7i96.0.stepgen.timer-number 1
the oscillation issue:
setp hm2_7i96.0.dpll.01.timer-us -100
setp hm2_7i96.0.stepgen.timer-number 1

I reset the FERROR and MIN_ERROR back to .5 and .05 and added those lines of code. I ran 5 straight programs without a fault. Previously I was having a hard time making it through one. So for now everything appears to be fixed. Thanks!
