ok after changing my timing numbers, that seemed to fix the problem. that is just weird that it only manifest on the x axis like that and i have another controller that is identical and i was using numbers half that with no problems. now i have following errors that i need to iron out but i can figure that out. thank you everyone for your time and replies!

The parallel port (and some other controllers) won't necessarily give pulses as short as requested. The 7i96 can do exactly what you ask if you demand a very short step length.
